Project Goal: Develops practical skills, reduces unemployment and encourages entrepreneurship by providing vocational training to the unemployed, illiterate, school dropouts, disadvantaged individuals, and victims of child marriage, thereby increasing employment opportunities and building a skilled workforce. The overall goal is to foster socio-economic development by promoting employment and innovation.
Project Objectives:
- Provides vocational training to unemployed, illiterate individuals who have never attended school, formal school dropouts, or victims of child marriage to enhance employment opportunities and build a skilled workforce.
- Reducing unemployment among ultra-poor women aged 18–35 by imparting practical skills and knowledge through training, enabling them to support their families and households.
- Facilitating employment opportunities for trainees by providing support and materials.
- Encouraging entrepreneurship by enabling trainees to start their own businesses.
- Increasing overall employment and productivity of individuals.
- Fostering innovation and creativity among participants to encourage entrepreneurship and self-employment.
- Promoting socio-economic development by bridging the gap between educational qualifications and industry requirements.
- Enhancing rural/city church evangelism by supporting evangelical tools and outreach efforts, enabling the city/rural church to effectively engage with the community.
